Greetings to all. I am dcg. I live in the state of Georgia (USA) with my husband and 2 boys.
(We also have multiple fish and two leopard geckos, Diana Catherine and Dew-Hicky Mabob living with us).

I enjoy taking photographs of wildlife and nature (mostly in macro). I am amazed at just how delicate and beautiful life can be. My personal belief is that if I can help others stop and notice the beauty in the world around them, then I have helped to make this world a more beautiful place.

My father was Navy 35 years so we moved often growing up. Everyplace we lived had its own special beauties and gifts to the world. My mother is a very loving woman who helped me learn to be organized and how to love people. I dedicate my love of life and beauty to both of my parents.

Some of my other intesests include doll collecting, and fantasy literature/movies, as well as a deep love for the sciences and the arts. I have enjoyed taking photographs all of my life. Only recently have I purchased a digital camera and I am enjoying taking photos again. I was so happy for HH to ask me to join his site along with some of my good friends...
